TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The rental is intended exclusively for residential purposes.

  2. The minimum stay is 5 nights. For stays longer than 15 days, please contact us.

  3. The listed rates include all taxes related to property rental activity.

  4. The reservation is only considered valid after full payment has been confirmed.

  5. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

  6. Cancellations with a full refund are allowed up to 7 days before the arrival date. After this period, no refund will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.

  7. The maximum number of guests is 4, including children.

  8. Parties, events, or excessive noise after 10:00 PM are not allowed.

  9. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests listed in the reservation.

  10. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

  11. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed.

  12. Guests are expected to respect the condominium and neighborhood rules.

  13. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.

  14. Final cleaning is included, but guests are kindly asked to leave the apartment in good condition.

  15. Bed linen and towels are provided.

  16. The owner reserves the right to enter the apartment in case of emergency.

  17. Free Wi-Fi is available; its use for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.

  18. Personal data collected is used solely for legal compliance regarding the stay.

  19. The accommodation is governed by the Local Lodging regulations and applicable legislation.

  20. By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts all terms stated above.
